Why is my listing stuck in the waiting room?
Complete your founder profile to move your listing from the waiting area into the momentum table.

Getting on the board
Your listing cannot kick off until your founder profile is matchday-ready. You can draft, submit and pay for a listing, but it stays in the waiting room until the profile work is done. No panic: the moment you finish it, your listing is released automatically.
What goes on your profile
Head to /account/founder and fill in:
- A photo with a one-line caption
- Your full name
- Your title or role
- Your country
- A bio (minimum 80 characters)
- At least one personal link (your website or personal social account; company pages do not count)
City and a founder story link are optional extras.
Your paid week is safe
If your paid launch week hasn't started yet, we hold it. Once the profile is complete, it kicks off as scheduled. If the week has already gone, your listing goes live this week as paid; if there is no space, it enters the next free-queue week instead. We'll tell you which.
Bring in co-founders
Invite them from the Team section at /account/founder. They show on your product only after their own profiles are complete.
Questions people ask
- When does my listing go live after I finish my profile?
- If your paid week is still ahead, it starts on schedule. If it has passed, it goes live this week (paid) or enters the next free-queue week.
- Do co-founders need their own profiles?
- Yes. Each co-founder must complete their own profile at /account/founder before they appear on the product.
- Can I list without doing the full bio?
- No. The bio must be at least 80 characters, and all required fields must be filled before your listing is released.
