Customise your matchday alerts
Head to /account/notifications to dial in exactly what hits your inbox—or your chat apps. For each notice type, you pick the channel (Email, Telegram or Slack) and the rhythm (Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off). Running Telegram or Slack? Bring your own bot or webhook and we'll send to it.
Chat channels respect your peace: set optional quiet hours and notifications will hold fire until play resumes.
The ones you can't switch off
A few notices stay live no matter what—these keep the pitch fair and your account secure:
- Receipts and refunds
- Payment problems and disputes
- A listing held for your founder profile
- Listing status changes
- Missing badge alerts
- Security alerts: new-device sign-in, email changes
Quick exit from a notice type
Every notice email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Hit it and you'll stop seeing that kind of notice—without visiting the settings page.
Questions people ask
- Can I get match updates on Slack or Telegram instead of email?
- Yes. At /account/notifications, pick Slack or Telegram for any notice type. You'll need to provide your bot or webhook URL.
- What if I want to silence alerts between certain hours?
- Optional quiet hours apply to Telegram and Slack only. Set them at /account/notifications and messages will queue until quiet hours end.
- How do I stop getting one type of notice?
- Switch it to Off at /account/notifications, or use the one-click unsubscribe link in any notice email of that type. Some notices (receipts, security alerts, listing changes) cannot be turned off.
