No, purchased credits never expire. They go into the same balance as credits from check-ins and invites, and you can buy again whenever they run out.
Unused credits can be refunded, but credits already used cannot. To request a refund, contact the site through the contact page using the email address used for payment.
You can paste the API key into SillyTavern, Cline, Open WebUI or any tool that takes an OpenAI key, since it uses the OpenAI-compatible format.
